Impact is Christian Challenge AZ's biennial statewide Missions Experience.
Impact exists to inspire college students to catch a vision for God's heart for the all peoples, here and abroad, by studying God's word and providing opportunities to serve locally and across the world.
Impact 2024 Details
Dates: October 25th-27th
Cost: $100 per person
Location: Tierra Fertil Iglesia Church (11358 S Ave 9E Yuma, AZ)
Hotel: Holiday Inn (1901 E. 18th St. Yuma, AZ)
(Each hotel room will have a mini-fridge)
(You MUST register at the church and pick up your key prior to going to the hotel.
The Hotel staff will NOT have your room assignments or keys!)

Saturday - October 26th
6:30-8:30 AM - Breakfast at Hotel - Holiday Inn
9:00 AM - Session 2 - John Pope
10:30 AM - Large Group Guided Prayer
11:00 AM - Mission Booths, Group Picture, & Lunch
12:30 PM - MISSION PROJECTS
10:00 PM - Return from Mission Projects

Sunday October 27th

Guest Speaker
John Pope grew up in Cincinnati, OH, and Amy grew up in southwest AZ. John attended Wright State University, where he majored in communications. Amy attended Eastern Arizona College, where she majored in nursing. While attending seminary in North Carolina, John had a summer job as a traveling camp speaker in the Southwest. During his last summer, he met a really cute camp counselor named Amy. Two years later, they were married. They planted a church together in Dayton, OH, and served there for over ten years. In 2021, they moved to Phoenix, AZ, in the hopes of planting another church. They have four amazing children (Abigail, John Jr., Damaris, and Naomi). Their family loves watching movies, playing games, and frequenting Chick-fil-A as much as they can afford.
